|Recipe Ingredients||• ½ Kg Bhindi • 2tbs Oil • 2tbs Ginger Grated • 2tbs Garlic Paste • 2tbs Amchoor • 2tbs Dhania powder • ½ tbs red chilli powder • ¼ tbs Haldi • 2 tbs water • Salt to taste|
|Instructions||Wash Bhindi well and dry it. Remove the cap and tail. Split the Bhindi making sure that the knife does not cut right through.|
M.H. oil, ginger and garlic for 2 minutes.
Add amchoor, Dhania Powder, chilies, Haldi & salt. Add water and mix well. M.H. for 3 minutes.
Place your thumb into the split of Bhindi and spoon the mixture into it. Put on flat dish in single rows. (Do not pile). Brush some oil on Bhindies. M.H. 4 minutes covered. Turn the Bhindies and M.H. 4 minutes- uncovered. Garnish with Coriander leaves and spring onions.
